How to view the message log in the NetSuite Legacy Tax Adapter for GTD

You can check the message log at any time to see what data is being passed to or from Sovos.

Finding the message log

  1. Go to Sovos Legacy > Legacy Tax > Message Log.



  2. Click the View link on the record you want to check.



  3. On the Sovos Message Log screen, you can view the data passed to Sovos and returned to NetSuite.
