Sovos Filing release notes

Version 4.10 - November 4, 2024

Pending transactions will update faster after you edit the Rate, County, City, or State Code fields.
Returns will be enabled faster after you edit the Date Type or OU Code for a legal entity.
ACH Credit is now supported for Arkansas prepayments.
You can now set up the following forms as Outlet or Additional Filing: ME ST-7, NE 10, TX 01-114.

Customers with multiple OU Codes associated with a single legal entity can now delete transactions from return data.

Pending transactions will update faster after you make edits.
Returns will be enabled faster after you edit the Date Type, OU Codes, or Calendar Type for a legal entity.
For Model 1 customers, CSP compensation will be recalculated after you amend a return.

Transactions will now load faster in the Data On Hold tab on a return page.
Transactions will now load faster in the Resolved Transactions tab on the Pending Transactions page.
We improved the download time for the Resolved Transactions Report.
After you edit a return, you can leave the return page and go to other pages in Sovos Filing while your changes are being saved.

You can now filter out certain states or tax types from the data reported in Sovos Filing using the Data Filtering feature.
The Auto-Hold Transactions option is now more accurate.
Releases with more than 500 payments will now automatically be broken up into multiple smaller releases to prevent large numbers of payments from being held up by one failed payment. This only impacts the size of the release files and does not prevent you from releasing more than 500 payments at a time.

We fixed an issue that prevented some users from selecting all pending transactions when the list had been filtered.
