The execution log may include information that can help resolve errors in NetSuite Legacy Tax. To capture the error in the execution log for troubleshooting, follow these steps:
- Go to Customization > Scripting > Scripts.
- Click View in the Sovos Legacy Record Submit User Event row.
- Click the Execution Log tab, then click Remove all.
- To reproduce the error, open NetSuite Legacy Tax in a separate browser tab and create a sales order. Click Save or Calculate Tax on the test sales order.
- Go back to the Execution Log browser tab and click Refresh. A list of script notes appears.
- Copy the script notes into an Excel file and share with the Support team. Only 25 script notes are shown at once; use the dropdown menu to view all the script notes in the log.
You can filter out all non-error script notes by selecting Error from the Type dropdown menu.
