How to create the Sovos folder for CSV exports in the NetSuite SuiteTax Adapter for GTD

After using the Sovos Accounting Close Suitelet to permanently commit transactions to Global Tax Determination (GTD), you can export your audit history as a CSV file. These CSV files should be stored in the Sovos folder.

To create this folder, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Documents > Files > File Cabinet.
  2. Click New Folder.



  3. In the Folder Name field, enter Sovos and click Save.



    The folder name is case-sensitive.

  4. The Sovos folder now appears on the File Cabinet screen.
