How to check if a transaction type is active in the NetSuite SuiteTax Adapter for GTD

Sovos allows certain transaction types to be inactive in the adapter. If a transaction type is not active, no calculation call will be sent to GTD for tax processing and no tax will be shown on the screen.

To see which transaction types are active, follow these steps:

1. Go to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types.
2. In the Sovos Configuration Record row, click List.
   
   
   
   
3. In the Sovos Configuration row, click Edit.
   
   
   
   
4. In the Sovos Tax Configuration tab, you can see all transaction types. If the box is selected, the transaction type is active; if the box is clear, the transaction type is inactive.
