How to configure tax types in the NetSuite SuiteTax Adapter for GTD

  1. Go to Setup > Tax > Tax Types.

  2. Select the tax type.

  3. Click the Edit button.



  4. Add at least one nexus and a payables account or a receivables account by selecting them from the dropdown at the bottom of each column.



  5. Click Save.

Every nexus that is added to tax types needs to have a tax agency assigned to it first. Read more about how to add tax agencies to nexuses in this article.
