Global Tax Determination (GTD) for NetSuite handles fees in all supported transactions. Fees will appear when an item ID is mapped to a specific Goods/Service Code in GTD, and that Goods/Service Code has location-based fees associated with it. In this case, the tax type Fee will appear in the Summary box.
