How to edit a purchase order in NetSuite SuiteTax

Once a purchase order has been saved, you can access and edit it from the Purchase Orders screen. Editing it will trigger a call to Global Tax Determination (GTD) to re-calculate tax.

1. Go Transactions > Purchases > Enter Purchase Orders > List.
2. Select the transaction you want to modify, then click Edit.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your changes.
4. Click Preview Tax.
5. You can check the total tax amount in the Summary box.
6. Go to the Tax Details tab if you want to check the individual tax lines.
7. Click Save.
