Once a purchase order has been saved, you can access and edit it from the Purchase Orders screen. Editing it will trigger a call to Global Tax Determination (GTD) to re-calculate tax.
- Go Transactions > Purchases > Enter Purchase Orders > List.
- Select the transaction you want to modify, then click Edit.
- Enter your changes.
- Click Preview Tax.
- You can check the total tax amount in the Summary box.
- Go to the Tax Details tab if you want to check the individual tax lines.
- Click Save.
