On both the Certificates tab and the Submitted tab, certificates can be marked as having priority over other certificates when converting them to exemptions. This can help simplify the workflow and ensure high-priority certificates are not overlooked.
Certificates that you uploaded will be displayed under the Certificates tab. Certificates uploaded by customers will be grouped under the Submitted tab.
To mark or unmark certificates as prioritized, follow these steps:
- Go to the Manage Certificates page.
- Select the checkbox next to the relevant certificates you want to prioritize or deprioritize and click the priority icon.
If you select all, it's only going to apply to the current page and not all the pages if you have multiple pages of certificates.
On the Manage Certificates page, the priority icon will be added to certificates that have been prioritized, and removed from those that have been deprioritized.
