CertManager has several reports that can help you track expired and missing certificates, GTD sync statuses, customers, and more, without having to scroll through the various dashboards in CertManager.
Report types
Exemptions report
You can view the status of all exemptions associated with customers in one document. You can also narrow down what you are viewing by adding filters to check exemptions of a certain status, expiration date, or certificates that are associated with specific customers or reasons for exemption.
Customers report
This report is especially useful if you want to view customers that have no exemptions or missing exemptions. You can also run this report if you want to view all your customers that are in CertManager.
GTD sync errors report
You can see which of your customers or exemptions are not synced with GTD and why in a single file.
Running and downloading reports
- Go to the Reports tab and select a Report Type from the dropdown menu.
- You can narrow the results of the report by filling in fields in the Narrow Contents section, which are different for each report type.
- If you want to send the report in an email address, enter the email address in the Forward Report Via Email section.
- Click Create.
- Click View Downloads on the status message or the Downloads button at the top of the screen to open the Downloads page.
- On the Downloads page, hover over the report you created, then click the three dots and select Download. Your report will be downloaded to your computer. If you added an email address, the report will also be emailed to that address.
