- The following warning message will appear if you try to edit a transaction in NetSuite Legacy Tax that has already been committed to Global Tax Determination:
"Warning! This record is locked in GTD. Editing it may cause inconsistencies with NetSuite and duplicate data. Changes will only be made in NetSuite. Refer to the Sovos help page for editing or deleting guidance."

Error emails will now be sent to the email address or addresses in the Sovos Send Error Email Recipients field in the Sovos Configuration Record.
After you update the connector, you must open the Sovos Configuration Record and select an employee in the Sovos Send Error Email Employee field. If there is already an employee assigned to this field, clear the field and re-select the employee.
Version 1.1.12 - February 28, 2025
We have released version 1.1.12 of the Sovos/NetSuite Tax Integration bundle to comply with changes made to the Hide in SuiteBundle preference as part of the SuiteScript updates for NetSuite 2024.2.
The updates in v1.1.12 ensure that the integration with Global Tax Determination will be compatible with future versions of NetSuite. If you do not update the bundle, your integration may stop working when NetSuite releases security improvements related to the Hide in SuiteBundle preference.
Contact Oracle NetSuite directly for more information about the SuiteScript updates and when the updates will apply to your account.
For help with applying this update, read How to update the NetSuite Legacy Tax Adapter.
