- Go to Settings > Good/Service Codes.
- If this is your first time mapping Good/Service codes, click Map Good/Service Codes. If your organization already has Good/Service code mappings, click Add New.
- There are two ways to find the Good/Service code you want to map:
- To search for the code, click the Search icon and enter a keyword in the Search field, then click the Search icon again or press Enter on your keyboard.
- To find the code manually, click the arrows to expand the sections until you reach the code.
- To search for the code, click the Search icon and enter a keyword in the Search field, then click the Search icon again or press Enter on your keyboard.
- Select the Goods/Service code you want to map, then click Next.
- Enter your ERP’s product code or a range of product codes. You can also include a description, but this is optional. Click Add.
Make sure that all your product codes have the same number of digits as your highest product code. For example, if your product codes range from 1 to 234, always use the 3-digit form even in the case of product codes that are made up of fewer than 3 digits:
234 → 234
23 → 023
2 → 002 - You can map more product codes to this Good/Service code by repeating the previous step. When you're finished, click Save.
